  • ¼ cup Yellow or Red Bell Pepper, chopped
  • ¼ cup Shredded Carrot
  • ¼ cup Chopped Roma Tomato
  • 2 tablespoon Chopped Red Onion
  • 2 tablespoon Chopped Macadamia Nuts
  • 2 tablespoon Feta Cheese or just measure with your heart
